Admissions Open – Academic Year 2026–27

Admissions are now open for the Academic Year 2026–27 for the following classes (seat availability in brackets):

Nursery (30 seats), LKG (7 seats), UKG (6 seats), Grade 1 (8 seats), Grade 2 (3 seats), Grade 3 (2 seats), Grade 5 (2 seats), Grade 6 (13 seats)

How to Apply

Step 1: Online Application

Parents must apply through the HIS PetraSoft Admission Portal using the link below:

Step 2: Upload Required Documents

Apply Now –> HIS PetraSoft Admission Portal –> https://hisblr.petrasoft.co.in/public/index.php/create_user/2

The following documents must be uploaded along with the application form:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card of the student
  • Academic Reports (last two years, if applicable)
  • Passport (for foreign nationals only)
  • Completed application form

Entrance Tests & Interviews – 2026–27

Exact dates will be communicated via email after the applications have been verified. 

First Round – entrance test

Payment of the non-refundable application fee of ₹500 must be made at the school office at the time of the entrance test.

Nursery, LKG & UKG

  • Interaction will be held during the 2nd & 3rd week of January 2026.
  • Parents are not permitted to accompany students during the interaction.

Other Grades

  • Written entrance test in English, Science and Mathematics (Cambridge syllabus).
  • Test dates will be emailed individually.

Second Round – Admission Committee Interaction

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive interview details via email.
  • Both parents and the student must attend the interview.
  • No online interviews will be conducted.
  • The decision of the Admissions Committee will be final.

Admission Offer & Confirmation

Admission Results

Selected candidates will receive the Admission Offer Letter via email (including fee details).

Confirmation of Admission

Parents must confirm acceptance within 7 days.

Admission is confirmed only after:

  • Physical submission of documents
  • Payment of admission fees

Documents Required at Admission Confirmation

  • Health History Form
  • Two passport-size photographs
  • Transfer / School Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
  • Parent ID proof
  • APAAR Consent / Non-Consent Form

Important Information

  • Only online application forms are available. 
  • Admissions will be cancelled if false information is provided.
  • No online interviews or tests will be conducted.
  • All candidates must attend in person.
  • Potty Training Policy for Kindergarten:
    • All children must be fully potty trained before joining school.
    • Diapers and pull-ups are not permitted.
    • Parents are responsible for completing training before school begins.

The Portal will be closed on the 20th of December 2025.
